As a Senior Digital Content Strategist, you will spearhead the development and execution of the Evergreen Holistic Content Strategy roadmap across all primary Digital B2C Channels. Our vision is to empower markets to deliver exceptional user experiences by embedding the right storytelling into every step of the digital customer journey, optimizing the UX & Content with the goal to engage, educate, and convert. Our mission is to elevate the content experience, delivering Digital experiences that are as refined as our Coffee experiences. While our team's current focus is mainly on Website and App, we aim to expand our Digital scope by 2024-25 to include closer collaboration with Search, CRM, Retail, and eTrade etc. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead the development and execution of the Evergreen Content Strategy roadmap for the Digital B2C Channels, while also contributing to the success of our in-house Content Studio.

What will you do in your daily life?

Responsibilities:

1. Evergreen Content Strategy Development

  • Spearhead the development of the Evergreen Holistic Content Strategy roadmap for all major Digital B2C Channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content strategy with overarching business goals and customer needs.

2. Content Management

  • Oversee the creation and management of evergreen content across various digital platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to produce high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience
  • Lead content creation efforts for the Nespresso in-house Content Studio, from briefing through delivery to markets.

3. Channel-Specific Optimization

  • Tailor content strategies to suit the unique characteristics and requirements of each digital channel, including Digital Commerce, e-Retail, CRM, Search, and Trade.

4. UX and Content Optimization

  • Enhance our content initiatives through a data-driven approach for continuous improvement, by conducting UX & Content Analysis for key Evergreen content initiatives.
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for content enhancement, following-up with global scoring of Accessibility, Content Quality Assurance & overall Performance metrics

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Product, Marketing, Design, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment of content initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the Content Experience squad and across the organization.

What do we expect from you?

Requirements:

  • Degree in Digital, Brand Communications, or Content Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in content management, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Experience in Digital Commerce, e-Retail, CRM and Search / SEO is highly desirable.
  • Experience working within a brand content studio, creative agency, or consumer goods organization is a plus.
  • Expertise in UX Research, including User testing or UX Analysis tools such as Baymard, Glassbox, Contentsquare etc.
  • UX PM certification, Content Design, or Digital Product Marketing Certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Accessibility & Usability tools is a plus.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Natural team player with a highly collaborative approach.
  • Passion for brands and communication.
  • Strong project management skills, always looking for further improvement and efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
