As a Content UX Writer you will play a pivotal role in crafting user-centered, clear, and engaging content for digital platforms, focusing on enhancing usability and guiding users effectively. You will collaborate closely with designers and product teams to ensure content aligns with the overall user experience and brand voice. Optimize content based on UX / consumer research and analytics to improve engagement and satisfaction across digital touchpoints.

You will be part of the Fail Fast team, a multidisciplinary digital studio with over 80 talented individuals who continuously enhance products, services and brands through design and communication. What will you do in your daily life?

Responsibilities:

1. Evergreen Content Strategy Development

  • Develops, maintains, and updates content guidelines to ensure consistency across digital touchpoints and product squads.
  • Leverages data and analytics to guide content creation and make informed, high-impact optimizations.

2. Content Management

  • Develops content that aligns with brand voice and user-centered principles across platforms
  • Designs sophisticated microcopy (buttons, error messages, onboarding) to enhance usability and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with the Content Strategist during the content creation efforts for the Content Studio, from briefing through delivery to markets.

3. UX and Content Optimization

  • Uses data and SEO best practices to drive optimized content and improve discoverability across platforms.
  • Leads iterative content improvements based on user testing, feedback sessions, and analytics data.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support collaborative efforts with Designers, Content strategists, and developers, prioritizing content tasks to ensure a seamless user journey.Drives a culture of continuous improvement, providing feedback to others and incorporating team-wide insights to enhance content.

5. Scaling Content Design & UX Writing Guidelines

  • Drives a culture of continuous improvement, providing feedback to others and incorporating team-wide insights to enhance content.
  • Support training sessions, providing best practices in UX writing and content strategy for team growth.

What do we expect from you?

Requirements:

  • Degree in Digital, Brand Communications, or Content Management.
  • Native or fluent English proficiency.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Content Design & UX Writing.
  • Experience in Digital Commerce, e-Retail, CRM and Search / SEO is highly desirable.
  • Expertise in UX Writing & UX Research, including User testing or UX Analysis tools such as Baymard, Glassbox, Contentsquare etc.
  • UX PM certification, Content Design, or Digital Product Marketing Certification is a plus.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Natural team player with a highly collaborative approach.
  • Passion for brands and communication.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
